Diablo Valley Futsal League

Reminders:

1 - The use of shinguard is Required and players will NOT be allowed to play without it.
2 - With an exception for the goalkeeppers, inside their own goal area, sliding is NOT allowed at any time!
3 - Players will NOT be allowed to play unless registration is completed at least 48 hours prior to game time (signed registration form and registration fee)
       Registration Forms: Adult Player (18 and over),     Youth Player (Under 18)
